We are seeking motivated, reliable, and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team on 2nd shift and 3rd shift.
*Hours and wage:*
* 2:30pm - 10:30pm; $26-$30 DOE\*
* 10:30pm - 6:30am; $26-$30 DOE\*
*Duties and Responsibilities: *
* Technicians will need strong troubleshooting skills and have an understanding of pneumatics, industrial electrical, controls systems and mechanical processes
* Perform routine and specialized maintenance on of highly automated, state of the art glass production equipment. Equipment includes:
* Tempering furnace
* Automated cutting system
* Automated insulating equipment
* Spacer forming and assembly equipment
* Preventative maintenance on production and assembly equipment
* Maintaining the appropriate records by recording work orders using CMMS
* Promptly requesting machine parts by filling out purchase requisitions.
*Qualifications: *
* A two-year degree or equivalent experience in a maintenance related field is preferred
* Must have ability to troubleshoot and repair with strong mechanical aptitude.
* Physically capable of manual labor including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching.
* Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
* At least 3 years of experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
