- Segui e accompagni la nostra clientela durante l'intero percorso di allenamento
- Elabori programmi di allenamento e monitori gli allenamenti e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi
- Garantisci la pulizia e l'igiene all'interno della palestra
- Conduci allenamenti introduttivi e vendi abbonamenti
- Ti occupi di diverse attività amministrative, redigi contratti e acquisisci attivamente nuovi clienti
Competenze
- Bildung: Formazione di base o di perfezionamento completata
- Specializzazione: Formazione come Fitness Instructor con certificazione BLS/AED valida
- Esperienza lavorativa: Preferenziale Esperienza come Fitness Instructor
- Hai spiccate doti commerciali nonché un'elevata competenza nel servizio e nella consulenza
- Sei una persona motivata e responsabile, capace di entusiasmare i nostri clienti
- Sei flessibile e ti piace lavorare di sera, nei fine settimana e nei giorni festivi
- Ti piace lavorare in team
- Sei in possesso di un permesso di lavoro valido
- Tedesco (A2)
