Quality Engineer - Medtech 80-100%
- Formation technique supérieure (HF/HES), complétée par une spécialisation en management de la qualité
- Plusieurs années d'expérience en assurance qualité dans un environnement de production, idéalement dans les dispositifs médicaux selon ISO 13485
- Bonnes connaissances du Lean Management
- Excellentes compétences en communication avec les interlocuteurs internes et externes
- Bonne maîtrise de MS Office ainsi qu'une expérience avec les systèmes CAQ et ERP
- Langues : français, allemand (C1), anglais (B2)

- Veiller au respect des standards qualité les plus élevés et promouvoir une culture qualité durable dans un environnement réglementé (GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820)
- Prendre en charge les modifications, déviations et rapports 8D, et piloter des actions correctives et préventives efficaces (CAPA)
- Planifier et accompagner les audits internes et externes (clients, autorités et fournisseurs) en tant que personne de référence
- Coordonner et piloter les qualifications et validations de procédés (IQ/OQ/PQ), et garantir leur mise en oeuvre
- Assurer la libération des lots et veiller à ce que seuls des produits conformes poursuivent le processus
- Contribuer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus qualité grâce aux méthodes Lean et à une approche orientée efficacité et impact
- Participer au développement du système de management de la qualité certifié et apporter vos idées conformément aux exigences ISO 13485 et FDA
