We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Floor Supervisor to join our team. You will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include running the floor for a smooth and productive day, ordering supplies, manage lab cases, assisting the dentist during procedures, taking vital signs, and ensuring infection control protocols are followed. ```Duties```
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Take and record vital signs of patients
- Prepare treatment rooms for procedures
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed
- Take digital X-rays
- Maintain aseptic technique throughout procedures
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist
- Assist with medical imaging as needed
- Running floor
- Ordering supplies
- Lab cases
```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
- Current certification in dental assisting (CDA)
- RDA preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures
- Proficiency in taking digital X-rays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
