Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively and engage with others. Confident, outgoing, and personable demeanor, fostering positive interactions with team members and clients. Experience with CRM systems (like Spotio, HubSpot or Microsoft 365). Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently as a self-starter. Strong multitasking abilities, with effective prioritization and time-management skills. Proficient in operating personal computers and tablets (e.g., iPad). Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to hit goals. Dependable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Education / Experience:
