As a gluing operator, you'll play a key role in the manufacture of off-road products, while having the opportunity to grow within a flexible structure and with approachable managers. If you want to join a team where every voice counts, and where helping each other makes us go further, this is the job for you!
Reporting to the Insert Processing Supervisor, you will be responsible for gluing metal parts in compliance with safety regulations. You'll rotate through different stations to vary the work and movements.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to :
- Glue parts using a gun or brush
- Operate automatic machines that glue parts
- Inspect product in accordance with established quality standards and advise team leader of non-conformances
- Package parts in accordance with instructions
- Advise supervisor and/or team leader of any problems (equipment breakdown, quality issues, etc.)
- Other related duties
- Permanent full-time position
- Shift: night (Sunday to Thursday 11pm-7am)
- Salary: $24.04/hr on entry, $25.59/hr after 1920 hours worked
- Shift premium: $1.25/hr for evening shift, $1.75/hr for night shift
