Deine Aufgaben
Verantwortung für die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Change-Control-Prozesses gemäss ISO 13485 und EU MDR
Bearbeitung von Änderungsanträgen im Change-Management-Tool sowie Sicherstellung von Datenqualität und Rückverfolgbarkeit
Gesamtverantwortung für die ordnungsgemässe Abwicklung von Change Requests
Initiierung und Koordination der Bewertung von Änderungsanträgen im Hinblick auf regulatorische Anforderungen
Leitung von Change-Board-Meetings und aktive Steuerung der Entscheidungsfindung über verschiedene Stakeholder hinweg
Schnittstellenfunktion zu Risikomanagement (ISO 14971), Design Control, Produktion, Beschaffung sowie weiteren Prozessen zur Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Informationsflusses
Vertretung des Change-Control-Prozesses bei internen Audits, Audits durch Benannte Stellen sowie bei behördlichen Inspektionen
Reporting von Change-Management-KPIs und Trends als Input für das Management Review
Verantwortung für die Planung, Koordination und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des QM-Trainingsmanagements
Verantwortung für das Umweltmanagementsystem gemäss ISO 14001
Dein Profil
Hochschulabschluss (BSc/MSc) in Ingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaften, Umweltwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitäts- und/oder Umweltmanagement in der Medizinprodukteindustrie
Fundierte Kenntnisse der ISO 13485, EU MDR, 21 CFR 820 sowie gute Kenntnisse der ISO 14971
Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Management von Change-Control-Prozessen in einem regulierten Umfeld
Erfahrung in der Koordination und Organisation von SchulungenZusatzqualifikation als Umweltmanagementbeauftragte/r, ISO-14001-Interne/r Auditor/in oder gleichwertig von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie gängigen QMS- und Change-Management-Tools
Sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit, Hands-on-Mentalität, pragmatische und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
