Work with buyer and seller clients throughout the real estate transaction Follow up with leads using our CRM and proven follow-up systems Conduct property showings and assist buyers with home search and offers Guide sellers through listing preparation and marketing strategies Negotiate contracts and help clients navigate inspections, appraisals, and closing Build relationships and grow your personal real estate business within our team What We Provide

Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Qualifications
