Verstärken Sie unser engagiertes Team im Asset Management zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Senior Asset Manager (m/w/d).
- Wirtschaftliche und fachliche Verantwortung für alle Vermietungs- und Marketingprozesse für ein definiertes Immobilienportfolio
- Verantwortung für die termin-, qualitäts- und budgetgerechte Leistungserfüllung des Property Managements inklusive der Überwachung der zentralen Mietenbuchhaltung
- Steuerung des technischen Property Managements mit CAPEX-Maßnahmen, der Beurteilung und Votierung von Mieterausbauten, Renovierungen etc.
- Budgetplanung, Reporting und Berichtswesen gegenüber der Abteilungsleitung
- Mietvertragsmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Rechtsabteilung
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Immobilienschwerpunkt oder immobilienspezifische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation
- Mindestens 10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft bzw. dem Asset Management
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Sehr gute Marktkenntnisse und Verhandlungsstärke
- Ergebnisorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
- Verantwortungsvolle Position als Vertreter des Immobilieneigentümers
