wiss. Hochschulstudium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Sicherheit, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt IT oder vergleichbar
Im Oberrechnungsamt (ORA) der EKD ist zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine entsprechende Vollzeitstelle unbefristet zu besetzen. Dienstort ist Hannover.
Die EKD koordiniert die Zusammenarbeit der in ihr zusammengeschlossenen 20 Landeskirchen und vertritt die Anliegen der evangelischen Kirche in Staat und Gesellschaft.
Das ORA ist die unabhängige Finanzkontrollinstanz der EKD. Es prüft die Haus-halts- und Wirtschaftsführung der EKD sowie verschiedener Gliedkirchen und Einrichtungen – vergleichbar mit einem staatlichen Rechnungshof. Zugleich ist es zunehmend strategischer Sparringspartner bei Reform- und Transformati-onsprozessen in Kirche und Diakonie.
- Planung und Durchführung von IT-Audits (System-, Prozess- und Sicherheitsprüfungen)
- Analyse und Bewertung von IT-Governance, IT-Compliance sowie Informationssicherheit
- Erstellung und Präsentation von Prüfberichten auf Leitungsebene
- Weiterentwicklung von Prüfmethoden (inkl. Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und KI)
- Beratung und Schulung der Mandanten zu IT-Sicherheit, IT-Revision und Digitalisierung
- Aufbau und Vermittlung von IT-Prüfungskompetenz innerhalb des ORA (z. B. durch interne Schulungen und fachliche Unterstützung)
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium auf Masterniveau (M.Sc., Uni-Diplom) der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Sicherheit, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt IT oder sind in der Lage, aufgrund gleichwertiger Fähigkeiten und beruflicher Erfahrungen entsprechende Tätigkeiten wahrzunehmen.
Darüber hinaus bringen Sie mit
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich von IT-Audits, der IT-Revision, IT-Sicherheit, Systemadministration oder IT-Beratung
- idealerweise CISA-Examen (Certified Information System Auditor)
- Kenntnisse relevanter Standards (z. B. IDW PS, BAIT, MaRisk, ISO 27001)
- wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln sowie analytische Stärke und Zahlenaffinität
- souveränes und empathisches Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Freude an Team- und Projektarbeit sowie Wissenstransfer
- eine interessante, sinnstiftende, verantwortungsvolle und unbefristete Tätigkeit in einem abwechslungsreichen und spannenden Arbeitsfeld
