Tu as de l’expérience en logistique, transport ou la repartition?
Tu comprends la réalité d’un environnement 3PL, où il faut gérer plusieurs clients, transporteurs et priorités en parallèle?
Tu veux rejoindre une entreprise internationale bien établie dans le secteur du transport et de la logistique?
Une entreprise internationale, reconnue dans le domaine de la logistique, est actuellement à la recherche d’un ou une Coordonnateur logistique pour joindre son équipe située à Saint-Laurent, dans l'Ouest de Montréal.
Dans ce rôle, tu seras responsable de coordonner les mouvements de transport au quotidien, principalement en transport routier, avec un volume d’environ 6 à 8 loads par jour. Le poste touche majoritairement au transport domestique, avec également une exposition à l’import et à l’export.

Tes responsabilités :
- Coordonner les expéditions quotidiennes avec les clients, transporteurs et équipes internes
- Gérer principalement des mouvements domestiques, ainsi que des dossiers import/export
- Suivre les loads en temps réel et assurer les mises à jour dans les systèmes
- Prioriser les urgences, résoudre les enjeux opérationnels et assurer un bon service client
- Travailler avec les transporteurs sur des mouvements LTL et FTL
Profil recherché :
- Expérience en logistique, transport, 3PL, dispatch ou coordination de freight
- Bonne compréhension du transport routier, idéalement en environnement 3PL
- Connaissance du LTL et/ou FTL
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle
- Bilinguisme français/anglais afin de correspondre avec la clientèle francophone et anglophone

An international company recognized in the logistics industry is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join its team located in Saint-Laurent, in the West Montreal.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily transportation movements, mainly in road transportation, with a volume of approximately 6 to 8 loads per day. The role is mainly focused on domestic transportation, while also offering exposure to import and export files.

Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily shipments with clients, carriers and internal teams
- Mainly manage domestic transportation movements, as well as import/export files
- Track loads in real time and ensure system updates
- Prioritize urgent matters, resolve operational issues and ensure strong customer service
- Work with carriers on LTL and FTL movements
Profile required:
- Experience in logistics, transportation, 3PL, dispatch or freight coordination
- Good understanding of road transportation, ideally in a 3PL environment
- Knowledge of LTL and/or FTL
- Ability to manage several files at the same time
- Bilingual in French and English in order to communicate with both French-speaking and English-speaking clients
