Key Responsibilities • Conduct a full assessment and optimization of the Microsoft ecosystem including M365, Intune, Entra, devices, and security tools • Identify gaps across configuration, security, device management, and compliance and implement improvements to increase system health and vulnerability posture • Manage corporate devices across Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android including lifecycle, policy enforcement, and compliance • Administer Microsoft Intune, Azure Portal, and related endpoint management tools • Manage identity and access systems including Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, Duo, and SSO integrations • Configure conditional access policies, authentication methods, and identity synchronization • Support endpoint security and vulnerability management using Microsoft Defender and Purview • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and PowerShell to improve operational efficiency • Leverage AI tools to scale support output, reporting, and reduce manual work • Administer and support Microsoft platforms including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive • Support integrations across systems including HR platforms, JIRA SSO, and internal environments • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support across devices, enterprise applications, and collaboration tools • Troubleshoot complex issues across endpoints, identity systems, and communication platforms • Support additional infrastructure including audio and video systems, file management platforms, and physical security systems
Day to Day Responsibilities • Perform audits and assessments of Microsoft systems and implement improvements • Manage endpoint devices and enforce policies through MDM tools • Maintain and configure identity and access systems and security controls • Develop and execute automation scripts to streamline workflows • Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and support operations • Administer Microsoft collaboration and productivity platforms • Support integrations across enterprise systems and platforms • Provide advanced support for end users and resolve complex technical issues • Maintain documentation and support enablement initiatives • Support infrastructure systems including AV, cloud workspaces, and enterprise applications • Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance, security, and efficiency
Preferred Experience and Attributes • Experience in IT, systems engineering, or Microsoft focused roles • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive • Experience with Microsoft Entra and Active Directory • Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management across Mac and Windows environments • Experience developing automation scripts using Python and PowerShell • Experience with endpoint security tools such as Microsoft Defender • Strong troubleshooting skills across devices, identity, and collaboration tools • Ability to operate independently in a fast paced environment • Experience using AI tools for automation or support workflows is preferred • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, data governance, and DLP is preferred • Exposure to AWS Workspaces or cloud infrastructure is preferred • Experience supporting multi tenant environments is preferred • Knowledge of networking and enterprise infrastructure is preferred
