This is a remote position. We're working with a fast-paced and growing engineering firm in Naples, FL to bring a Structural Engineer to its team. Remote will be considered for the right candidate. The ideal person should have a background in design and will be responsible for designing and executing structural designs, both in the field and on a computer. MUST LIVE IN FLORIDA OR WILLING TO RELOCATE. Responsibilities: Structural design and analysis for projects involving concrete, masonry, steel and wood construction. Evaluate building conditions and inspections. Assisting in preparation of drawings and specifications. Design structures according to government building codes. Working knowledge of Revit Structure is preferred. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 2+ Years of experience in Structural Design and Drafting. Familiarity with the Florida Building Code and local code requirements. Superior written and communication skills E.I.T. Is preferred, but not required.
