What You'll Do

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and store sales targets
• Provide a full-service experience to every customer
• Accurately complete all point-of-sale transactions
• Maintain store and stockroom organization and appearance
• Follow all operational and loss prevention policies
• Stay informed on current fashion trends and product knowledge
• Communicate store needs and updates to management
• Complete required training and uphold Bikinibird core values
