(React / Next.js) Remote– ROWS ONE Full-Time | 8+ Years Experience The Opportunity We're hiring a Lead Frontend Engineer to lead the development of performant and user-centric web applications. You will be instrumental in setting frontend standards, mentoring developers, and shipping experiences that delight our users across platforms. What You'll Do • Build and provide oversight for advanced frontend applications using React and Next.js. • Collaborate with product team and backend engineers to deliver pixel-perfect, high-performance UIs. • Implement and optimize application architecture for responsiveness and speed. • Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews with a focus on best practices and maintainability. • Contribute to internal tools, libraries, and process automation initiatives. What We're Looking For • 8+ years of professional experience in frontend development. • Expert-level proficiency with React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. • Strong understanding of frontend performance, security, and accessibility best practices. • Experience working in agile teams with cross-functional collaboration. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Bonus Points • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.). • Familiarity with Laravel or full-stack development workflows. • Prior experience in startups or fast-paced product teams.
