Valir PACE is seeking a compassionate and energetic Certified Nurse Aide to join our team! This role provides direct participant care while also supporting and engaging activities in our day center.

Job Summary: The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) at Valir PACE provides hands-on support with daily care while fostering an engaging, supportive environment in the day center. This role assists participants with activities of daily living and actively encourages involvement in social and recreational activities. The CNA works closely with the interdisciplinary team to promote participant well-being, independence, and overall quality of life.

Ideal Candidate:

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in good standing (Required)
• Experience or strong interest in activities, recreation, or group engagement
• Friendly, patient, and team-oriented personality
• Passion for working with older adults in a community-based setting

Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience:

• Current Long Term Care Aide Certification
• Activities Certification/Training (Preferred)
• Certified Medication Aide (optional)
• Either one year working with the frail and elderly population or approved training
• CPR Certification
