We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth and positive repair experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting vehicle concerns, providing repair recommendations and cost estimates, coordinating with technicians, processing invoices, and promoting maintenance services. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, basic automotive knowledge, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Compensation: $40.00 - $70.00 per year
