We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Associate Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team.
*The Opportunity*
As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will work under the supervision of the Solutions Engineer Manager to bridge the gap between customer requirements and our technical solutions. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs, matching them to Intelletrace products, and ensuring successful technical deployments. Your ability to translate complex technical information into actionable business value will be essential to your success.
*What You'll Do*
* *Customer Solutioning:* Partner with Account Managers to identify customer requirements and match them with Intelletrace products and services.
* *Technical Support:* Provide product, service, and engineering information by answering technical questions and requests.
* *Documentation:* Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and Statements of Work (SOW).
* *Analysis:* Determine improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment and proposing changes to customer environments.
* *Order Management:* Submit orders after conferring with the Network Architect.
* *Field Operations:* Assist with network deployments, onsite installations, and network escalations.
* *Training & Development:* Provide ongoing product and services training to Account Managers and maintain professional knowledge by attending vendor workshops and webinars.

*Required Qualifications*
* *Education/Experience:* Associate’s degree (or equivalent combination of education/experience) with at least 1+ years of experience. 2+ years of experience is preferred.
* *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in data-network requirements, including routers, switches, firewalls, access points, IP protocol, LAN/WAN designs, and SIP.
* *Product Knowledge:* Familiarity with Cisco, Meraki, Juniper, Brocade, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Mellanox, and Artista. Knowledge of Salesforce and wireless deployment tools (e.g., Ekahau) is desirable.
* *Core Competencies:* Specialized training in IT data networking and a commitment to Intelletrace core values.
* *Location & Fieldwork:* Must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle for travel to client sites.
* *Travel: Ability to obtain a valid passport for occasional international travel.*
*Physical Demands*
This role requires frequent driving to client sites for installations in the San Francisco Bay Area. Occasional international travel by plane will also be required. The role requires the employee to rack and stack network equipment including UPS and other heavy devices. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
