*Key Responsibilities:*
*Program Leadership*
Lead large-scale technology programs from planning to successful delivery.
*Stakeholder Management*
Coordinate with executives, clients, and technical teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
*Risk & Governance*
Identify risks, manage dependencies, and maintain strong program governance.
*Resource Planning*
Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
*Continuous Improvement*
Drive process enhancements and operational efficiencies across program delivery functions.
*What We Are Looking For?*
*Experience*
7+ years of program or project management experience, including leadership of complex technology initiatives.
*Leadership*
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
*Methodologies*
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks.
*Communication*
Excellent stakeholder engagement, presentation, and decision-making skills.

Pay: £45,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
