The Position

As a Business Development Representative on LendingTree's insurance B2B sales team, you will partner with insurance professionals across the country to help them achieve their financial and growth goals.

We are seeking motivated sales professionals who can quickly build trust, thrive in a high-volume environment, and consistently close deals. This role offers a clear path for career growth within a fast-paced fintech organization.

This is a full cycle closing sales role.

Schedule & Location: Hybrid schedule with in-office attendance TuesdayThursday and remote work Monday and Friday. Office is located in the LoDo neighborhood of Denver.

Compensation & Benefits

$51,500 base ($24.76 an hour annualized) + uncapped commission (OTE ~$85,000+ in Year 1)

Hybrid work schedule (Mon/Fri remote, TueThu in office)

Responsibilities

Build relationships with small business owners and insurance professionals via phone and email

Understand customer needs and recommend tailored lead-generation solutions

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing

Make outbound calls to close new business

Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance goals

Maintain and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce and other CRM tools

Negotiate terms and guide customers through funding and product selection

Stay current on multiple product offerings in a dynamic, multi-product environment

Complete training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and internal systems

Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive overall performance

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence

Sales experience preferred (B2B, fintech, SaaS, insurance, or customer-facing roles such as service industry)

Ability to quickly learn complex products and industries

High level of computer proficiency; experience with Salesforce is a plus

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Proven ability (or strong potential) to close deals in a fast-paced environment

Coachable with a desire to grow within a sales organization

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
