This isn't your typical trainer role sitting behind PowerPoints all day.

We're looking for someone who can coach, motivate, develop, and train the next generation of Inside Sales talent — while also jumping into the role themselves and leading by example.

You'll own the new hire experience from day one, helping new team members build confidence, sharpen communication skills, and develop into high-performing team members.

And here's what makes this role unique: you'll train both in-person and remote team members, creating engaging experiences that keep people connected, motivated, and learning whether they're sitting in the office or joining from home.

Our Inside Sales team isn't traditional cold-call selling. Think relationship building, opportunity identification, and generating quality leads that fuel our closing team. Your job? Help new hires ramp quickly and create an experience that sets them up for success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead engaging onboarding and training experiences for new hires (both in-person and virtual)
  • Facilitate training sessions that actually keep people awake
  • Create an energetic and engaging learning environment - in the room and through the screen
  • Coach, motivate, and develop new team members during their first several weeks
  • Conduct role plays, live coaching sessions, and real-time feedback
  • Jump into the Inside Sales role during training periods and lead by example
  • Help build confidence and create future top performers
  • Track progress and identify coaching opportunities
  • Partner with leadership to continuously improve onboarding and training programs
  • Utilize CRM tools to reinforce best practices and monitor activity

What we're looking for:

 Previous training, onboarding, or facilitation experience required
 Sales training experience strongly preferred
 Previous sales experience required
 Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual training preferred
 High-energy personality with strong presentation skills
 Ability to command a room and engage a virtual audience
 Strong coaching and mentoring skills
 Comfortable giving direct feedback and developing others
 CRM experience required (Zoho experience is a huge plus)
 Organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
