Seeking two backend Python developers to work on financial market data processing at an asset manager in Nashville, TN. Work on-site for three days in office and two days remote. This is not a web application, no UI development; purely back-end work with very strong SQL database programming and optimization skills. Seeking candidates with any experience developing scalable and high performance systems. Experience with parallel programming concepts and frameworks such as multiprocessing, multithreading, or asyncio is a plus. Any knowledge/exposure to Python packages such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn.
