Licensed Practical Nurse

The Ontario Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this resident-centered role, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and support restorative therapies. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and support staff to deliver compassionate, individualized care that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
