You'll foster a welcoming environment, uphold food quality and cleanliness standards, and support team development. Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience is required. A valid driver's license is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead team operations and performance

  • Manage costs and administrative tasks
  • Hire, train, and coach team members

Schedule:

  • 54+ hours/week, includes evenings/weekends
