About
Key Responsibilities
Apply knowledge of organization to make improvements to existing processes or solutions
Increase awareness and knowledge of quantitative methods, computer programming, optimization, and/or solution design to support data analysis
Solve problems related to process improvement by analyzing internal and external data, including, but not limited to operations, pricing, financial, and customer information
Analyze a variety of data and processes to reduce cost and increase business productivity
Communicate with business partners to understand problems and present solutions
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create and implement solutions
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field, or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience, and training with 1 year of experience in Industrial Engineering or related field. AND Demonstration of the following:
Experience in data visualization software, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases, and/or SQL

Compensation Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
