What You'll Do
Provide direct, hands-on nursing care to residents, including medications and treatments Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN or provider Accurately document care, treatments, and observations in the medical record Ensure safe, effective medication administration and follow all clinical protocols Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality daily care Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team Respond promptly to resident needs, call lights, and emergencies Follow all regulatory, infection control, and safety standards Support individualized care plans and resident-centered care Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment and quality of life for residents
What We're Looking For
Wyoming State Licensed Practical Nurse High School Diploma or equivalent Exceptional knowledge of medical terminology and processes. Has and maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Strong written and oral communication skills Experience in Long-Term care nursing preferred Willing to work take after-hours calls and work holidays and weekends, as assigned.
