Hybrid What You Will Do:
Lead, mentor, and manage software engineering teams, including multiple sub-teams Foster a collaborative, accountable environment focused on continuous improvement Partner with product, hardware, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliverables Drive project planning, estimation, and execution to maximize customer value Monitor team performance, manage risks, and resolve technical and operational challenges Support hiring, onboarding, retention, and departmental initiatives, including process and resource planning What You Will Need to Be Successful:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline 10+ years of software product development experience, including 5+ years in leadership Experience with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum) and modern development practices (CI/CD, TDD) Proficiency in languages such as C#, C++, and Python Proven ability to lead teams through technical and organizational challenges and build high-performing teams Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with cross-functional stakeholders Benefits Overview:
