Job Responsibilities
Assist each resident with activities of daily living. This includes eating, bathing, elimination, ambulation, and positioning according to policy. Report pertinent information and/or changes in residents' conditions promptly to the charge nurse. Obtain vital signs, weights, calorie counts, intake, and output accurately. Present each resident with a clean and neat appearance. Respect and follow the Fairmount core values and mission statement "Strive to enrich the lives of those we serve"
Job Qualifications
Required current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania Have a sincere desire to work with older adults and demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of others. Kind, respectful, patient and cheerful when engaging with residents, co-workers, families, and community. Demonstrate a sincere teamwork approach to resident care. Support the mission, philosophy and values of Fairmount. COVID-19 considerations: Infection Prevention Protocols in place per CDC and CMS regulations
