What You'll Do
  • Manage inventory operations, including receiving, organizing, and accurately counting merchandise.
  • Conduct post-event inventory reconciliation and count-outs to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Assist with loss prevention efforts by monitoring sales floor activity and helping mitigate theft.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and creating a welcoming shopping environment.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Process transactions efficiently through several different POS systems while ensuring a positive checkout experience.
  • Promote company and brand initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of products, collections, and brand partnerships within a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
  • Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Assist in training team members and ensuring operational excellence during manager absences.
Who You Are
  • Proficient in POS systems and payment processing.
  • Experience with inventory management, stock replenishment, and audits.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, upselling, and product promotion.
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build customer relationships and deliver a positive shopping experience.
  • Dependable team player with experience supporting store operations and key holder responsibilities.
  • Flexible Availability: Full time role based on store needs and event needs. Typical weekly hours are 10am to 6:00pm for store needs and 10am to 7pm during events.

$24 - $24 an hour The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex Total Rewards offerings for employees.
