Part-Time Finance Manager Location: Dublin 3, Clontarf DART station nearby Contract: Permanent, 24 Hours Per Week Working Arrangements: Fully On-Site An award-winning TV production company is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to join its small, agile team in Dublin 3.This is a flexible part-time opportunity offering 24 hours per week, which can be worked across: 5 mornings 5 afternoons or 3 full days Flexible start and finish times are also available. Working closely with the Directors and creative teams, youll oversee the day-to-day finance function across multiple live productions and projects. This role requires strong collaboration and face-to-face interaction, so it is fully on-site. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day finance operations including AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end Oversee production budgets, forecasting, cashflow, and cost reporting Prepare management accounts and financial reports for stakeholders, broadcasters, and funding bodies Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and reporting requirements across Ireland and the UK Support and improve finance processes, systems, and controls Partner closely with production and non-finance teams across the business Essential Experience Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Accounting Technician/equivalent experience Minimum 5 years finance experience, ideally within media, production, or multi-project environments Strong knowledge of UK tax, PAYE, IR35, VAT, and accounting standards Experience with production accounting software such as Movie Magic, Moneypenny, or similar Strong budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across different personalities and teams Desirable TV/Film production finance experience Knowledge of Irish & UK tax credit systems and funding reports (Screen Ireland, S481, HMRC etc.) Experience implementing finance systems and controls Commercially minded with a proactive, hands-on approach Please note only candidates that match the minimum job requirements above will be contacted for this role.
