Lead RCM-focused demos and conduct live discovery with practice staff to identify and resolve billing workflows and pain points Collaborate with sales, marketing, and enablement to align Elation's solutions with customer workflows and improve operations for existing clients Maintain deep expertise in Elation's billing and RCM product functionality, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and educating internal teams
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management consulting, medical billing, or general RCM Deep understanding of end-to-end billing workflows across various practice settings, including value-based care practices Experience with healthcare SaaS or EHR platforms is a plus Ability to engage with billing teams confidently and fluently, connecting pain points to product solutions Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
