About
Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner. Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Scheduling & Administrative Support
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments. Answer and route incoming phone calls. Assist patients with appointment-related questions and requests. Support daily office operations and administrative workflows. Medical Office Operations
Maintain accurate patient records and demographic information. Support primary care and urgent care practice operations. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare policies and procedures. Assist providers and clinical staff with administrative needs as appropriate. General Administrative Duties
Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support office operations. Maintain organized patient and office records. Assist with additional duties as assigned by practice leadership. Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of administrative, medical office, or healthcare support experience. Experience working in a physician practice, primary care, urgent care, clinic, or healthcare environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a Practice Assistant, Medical Receptionist, Patient Service Representative, Medical Office Assistant, or Healthcare Administrative Assistant. Experience scheduling patient appointments. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems. Experience supporting primary care or urgent care practices.
