Summary: We are seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to support our life insurance and wealth management teams. This role partners closely with multiple agents and team members to assist with new business, ongoing client service, and meeting preparation. The CSA plays an important role in supporting the broader service team by helping ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and well-coordinated support through maintaining client information, preparing documentation, and assisting agents as they present insurance and investment concepts to clients who trust us with their financial needs.
This is a hybrid position, with work-from-home flexibility 2-3 days per week after a 30-day training period.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Support both life insurance and wealth management activities by preparing materials for client and prospect meetings, including summaries, illustrations, reports, proposals, and presentationsAssist with new business processing across insurance and investment accounts by preparing paperwork, tracking requirements, and updating internal systemsCoordinate requirements for insurance underwriting such as scheduling medical exams and requesting recordsCommunicate with clients and agents to provide updates, gather information, and support follow-through for both insurance and wealth management itemsReview issued policies and investment documents, assist with delivery, and help track outstanding requirements or paymentsSupport ongoing client service by helping monitor policy and account status, including overdue items or service needs, and escalating issues as neededProcess routine service requests for both insurance policies and investment accounts (e.g., address, beneficiary, ownership, and allocation changes)Assist with basic updates such as reinstatements, account or coverage changes, and other maintenance requestsFollow up with insurance carriers, custodians, and vendors to confirm service requests are completed accuratelyMaintain accurate and compliant client records and electronic files for both insurance and wealth management relationshipsPerform general administrative tasks including phone support, mail handling, filing, and correspondenceAssist with licensing coordination when necessaryParticipate in training and development sessions throughout the yearSupport additional projects and tasks as needed

Education & Experience:
High school diploma required; some college or college degree preferred0-3 years of administrative or client service experienceExperience in financial services or insurance is a plus, but not required
Licenses & Certifications:
Life & Health insurance license preferred, but not required (support available for obtaining licenses, if needed)

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $78,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
