We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Staff Development Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. As a Staff Development RN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and healthcare education. Staff Development RN Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and evaluate staff development programs to improve clinical skills and knowledge among nursing staff Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify educational needs and develop targeted training programs Collaborate with nursing staff to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for improvement Conduct observations and provide feedback to nursing staff to promote best practices and excellent clinical outcomes Participate in hospital-wide committees and initiatives to improve patient care and satisfaction Develop and maintain relationships with local educational institutions and professional organizations to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in healthcare education
Staff Development RN Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of North Carolina Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a staff development or education role Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently Familiarity with adult learning principles and curriculum development
