Placement of IV catheters Monitoring anesthesia and patient vitals on critically ill patients Drawing blood and running diagnostics Critical thinking in fast-paced emergency situations Administering and monitoring blood transfusions Managing feeding tubes and critically ill patients Performing accurate medical math and medication calculations
What We're Looking For:
Active License for Veterinary Technician in the state of Michigan Minimum of 2 years' experience as an LVT or minimum of 5 years as a veterinary assistant if newly licensed Comfortable and confident in-patient care and customer service Strong attention to detail and excellent medical math skills Calm under pressure with a team-first mindset Willingness to rotate overnights, weekends, and holidays
