About

As a core member of the Growth & Engagement team, the full-time Frontend Engineer will design and maintain backend systems for rapid experimentation and personalized engagement features, ensuring scalable growth initiatives in a remote environment. Key responsibilities
Design and implement a feature-flag and A/B-testing framework for growth experiments Build and scale microservices for key growth features, including referral program APIs and push-notification orchestration Instrument services with real-time metrics and collaborate with Data teams for clean event schemas and dashboarding
Required qualifications
7+ years of backend experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, or similar frameworks Familiarity with Web3, on-chain data, and wallet integrations is strongly preferred Strong system design and architecture skills for scalable and maintainable solutions Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
