Configure Workday to meet specific business objectives and support annual programs Create and load EIBs for various HR processes including Hire/Rehire and Compensation Changes Partner with technology teams to design and implement integrations and business process enhancements
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6+ years of experience configuring solutions within the Workday platform Expertise in Workday domains such as HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and Talent Management Heavy experience with EIB creation and loading is essential Experience working in an agile/scrum environment Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
