This role is crucial in maintaining quality control and ensuring compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of health care. ResponsibilitiesPerform assigned analyses and report results according to departmental procedures. Maintain quality control standards in the laboratory. Maintain equipment according to instructions and a set schedule. Correlate laboratory results with clinical findings through chart review and consultation with nursing and medical staff. Undertake receptionist and phlebotomist tasks as needed. Schedule This position requires working 3x12-hour shifts weekly during the evening and night hours.
