What You'll Do
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Help residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence. Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident conditions. Support residents with meals, transfers, and daily routines. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate care. Work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident-centered care.
Qualifications
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Long-term care experience is preferred but not required A commitment to providing outstanding care and treating every resident with dignity and respect
