Required qualifications
1-3 years of experience in outbound prospecting as an SDR or BDR in B2B SaaS environments Understanding of enterprise purchasing decisions and ability to navigate complex account structures Proficiency with CRMs and prospecting tools, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Sales Navigator Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance against KPIs and optimizing workflows Strong curiosity about product development and customer-centric decision-making processes
