Leading a small engineering team, the full-time Lead FullStack Engineer will design scalable backend services, drive architecture decisions, and leverage AI tools to enhance development quality while working remotely. Key responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs Drive architecture decisions and ensure high engineering standards Mentor engineers and improve team productivity
Required qualifications:
7+ years of software engineering experience Strong commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript Experience designing scalable architectures and distributed systems Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, and asynchronous patterns Experience leading engineers and driving technical decisions
