Per Diem Physical Therapist

Capstone Physical Therapy seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. You will evaluate and treat a diverse orthopedic, sports, hand, pediatric, pelvic health, and vestibular caseload using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Collaborate closely with a supportive, interdisciplinary team, participate in mentorship and continuing education, and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented clinic culture while helping patients restore function and improve quality of life across multiple Washington State locations.
