Sales / Business Development Representative We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven sales professional to join our growing organization. This role is designed for an experienced business development representative capable of generating immediate business opportunities and driving long-term revenue growth across targeted industries. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Develop and expand new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship management. Leverage relevant industry knowledge and professional relationships to accelerate business development efforts. Build and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion. Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding, service delivery, and client retention. Maintain consistent sales activity, pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue production. Represent the company professionally within the marketplace and industry events. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of proven sales and business development experience. High school diploma or equivalent required. Demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals and producing measurable revenue growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Strong business acumen with the ability to align client needs to service solutions. Highly competitive and results-driven mindset with a strong focus on growth and performance. Ability to navigate executive-level conversations and complex sales cycles. Must be able to pass pre-employment background and credit checks. Paragon also participates in E-Verify.
