We work alongside hospitals, transplant centers, and Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs) to ensure critical organs arrive safely and on time for patients in need. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business development, establish strategic partnerships, and expand our presence within the healthcare industry. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a proven track record of prospecting, consultative selling, and closing complex enterprise deals. Why Join Trinity? Competitive base salary with uncapped commission On-target earnings exceeding $100,000 annually Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Employer-paid life insurance and AD&D Monthly wellness stipend Generous paid time off and company holidays Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the transplant community Collaborative, mission-driven culture with opportunities for professional growth Key Responsibilities Prospect, identify, and develop new enterprise business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation through contract execution Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and consultative sales discussions with prospective clients Prepare proposals, RFP responses, business plans, and customized service presentations Collaborate with Business Development and Operations teams to create tailored client solutions Negotiate agreements and support successful onboarding of new customers Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentation Represent Trinity at conferences, industry events, and client meetings Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals Partner with Customer Success teams to foster long-term client relationships and retention Required Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account management experience Demonstrated success generating new business and closing complex B2B sales opportunities Strong background in prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management Experience managing opportunities through CRM platforms and maintaining accurate sales forecasts Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare sales, medical logistics, organ transplantation, or related industries Experience responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and negotiating enterprise-level agreements Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred but not required This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandler, Arizona.
