A Day in the Life of a Gerber Service Assistant Manager As a Gerber Service Assistant Manager, you will lead the building, onboarding, licensing and performance development of a 12 rep Service & Sales Team. You will be tasked with motivating, inspiring, and leading your team to top-notch performance in the area of call center service and sales through daily goals, leaderboards and interactive competitions. A focus on creating connections with your direct reports is key, alongside the creation of a close-knit, collaborative, engaging, and competitive team culture.
