About the Role As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead and grow engineering teams delivering complex, data‑driven solutions. You will provide technical leadership and people management across distributed teams while partnering with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality outcomes. The role focuses on enabling strong delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment between engineering execution and business priorities.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, including offshore partners, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture
Drive end‑to‑end delivery of software solutions across the development lifecycle, ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with architectural standards
Partner with product and project leaders to plan, prioritize, and execute work aligned to business objectives
Contribute to technical decision‑making through design reviews, code reviews, and complex problem solving
Define and implement engineering best practices, including test‑driven development and code quality standards
Oversee system integration, user acceptance testing, and release cycles to support reliable delivery
Lead technical strategy and contribute to the evolution of system architecture
Manage relationships with external vendors and offshore development partners
Requirements
Experience leading software engineering teams and delivering complex software solutions
Experience working with global or offshore delivery models and external technology partners
Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, and data optimization techniques
Understanding of modern software development methodologies, including Agile and test‑driven development
Experience with project, resource, and delivery planning, including budgeting considerations
Ability to contribute to technical discussions, design reviews, and solution decisions
Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and addressing large‑scale technical challenges
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $118,300 - $219,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
