- Cavan Reed is working with a fantastic client we have successfully assisted previously, to now recruit for a brand new position.
You will be a Sales Associate representing one of their many products and services.
This role will definitely evolve past sales after the first 6 months and include working with the transport & logistics teams and and taking on more responsibility generally.
This will be 5 days in the office Benefits: Holiday: 25 days per holiday year + 10 days Public Holidays Life Assurance Pension Scheme: Up to 6.5% contributory Paid Health Cover Scheme 10% Discretionary Annual Bonus Duties in the role: To be responsible for, dealing directly with customers to negotiate price, secure purchase orders and record win/loss ratio at the point of sale To provide the customers with an excellent sales service experience in order to promote repeat sales During the growth phase of the product there will be a significant element of creating robust procedures, engaging in marketing activities including telephone cold calling, electronic marketing and similar promotional activities To assist the commercial team (field based sales) by sending technical information, data sheets, drawings, NBS specifications and other technical supporting documentation as necessary to provide clarity of our offer and confidence to the customer To utilise the CRM system to maintain customer and project records To review weekly and monthly the quotation order bank and report issues and collate reports accordingly To establish and develop strong relationships with direct transactional customers To ensure excellent communication between Commercial departments and other divisions To provide feedback on issues that may affect the customer relationship To meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines To work closely with Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution Update KPI Log on Volume and value of completed projects Reed Specialist Recruitment is an Employment Agency and an Employment Business for permanent and temporary recruitment.
