Site Manager We are hiring an experienced Site Manager to join a Tier 1 developer in both Ireland & the UK on a new 200+ apartments project in South Dublin.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential development, either inIreland or the UK. Role & Duties: Manage all project activities, ensuring compliance with planning, and H&S standards. Oversee the project from tender to completion and handover. Collaborate with QS and teams to monitor and manage budgets. Prepare project plans including scheduling, program management, and risk assessment. Communicate key information to site teams and stakeholders. Lead and manage the site team to deliver projects on time and to quality standards. Requirements: Minimum 4 years Site Management experience with a contractor or developer. Experience on large scale apartments projects. Proven track record managing large-scale housing developments. Excellent attention to detail and communication in English. Strong leadership and team management skills. Eligibility to work in Ireland required.
