This is not a "run the shift" role.

What You'll OwnAs a GM, you are responsible for the full performance of your store:
- Lead daily operations: food quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness
- Set the tone for energy, urgency, and hospitality every shift
- Build, coach, and develop Assistant Managers and team members
- Embrace brand standards and enforce them consistently
- Drive sales through local store marketing and community engagement
- Ensure systems and processes are followed with integrity
- Create an environment where people want to work and grow
- Your store runs smoothly and consistently
- Your team knows the standard and executes it
- Your Assistant Managers can confidently run shifts
- Guests receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Your team shows up engaged, accountable, and improving
- You lead by example not from the sidelines
- You take ownership of outcomes (good or bad)
- You bring energy, urgency, and consistency
- You are coachable and willing to grow
- You are comfortable holding people accountable
- You don't wait to be told you take initiative
- 12+ years of leadership experience in restaurant or service industry
- Ability to work a 50-hour week (fixed schedule)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Physically able to stand, move quickly, and work on your feet
- Hourly pay during training period
- Transition to salary + performance-based bonus after training
- Bonus tied to store performance, leadership, and results
