Role Overview The IT Transformation Office is a high-impact, enterprise function responsible for how IT plans, invests, and delivers value to the business. The Senior IT Project Manager will oversee and coordinate the successful execution of complex IT projects, providing leadership and direction to cross-functional teams. What You Will Do As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of complex IT projects. Your responsibilities will include project oversight, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, change management, and team leadership. Why It Might Be a Fit The Senior IT Project Manager must have a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects, with a minimum of 7 years of hands‑on experience. The ideal candidate will have experience applying Agile ways of working, IT transformation initiatives, and applied AI to improve decision‑making and automate routine work. Requirements Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience successfully managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion. Demonstrated experience overseeing large‑scale IT implementations, system integrations, or enterprise‑wide projects. Proven ability to manage project budgets effectively, ensuring financial objectives are met. Track record of effectively managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, project teams, and external partners. Expertise in identifying, assessing, and proactively mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
